I have seen it many times over the years. With out fail, many times the daughter of a prostitute ends up following in the foot steps of her mother. It has solidified in me the concept of prostitution being socialized. Some times the socialization is via friends or acquaintances that the girl hangs out with and astonishingly enough, often times, it is the girls own mother who leads her daughter into prostitution.
In my opinion it is not an overt manner of socialization, it is more subliminal. I don't think the mother intended for her daughter to follow in her prostitution foot steps, but it happens due to the power of the mothers values, mind set and how she behaves.
I have seen it happen soooo many times that it is amazing. The mother is a stripper or escort. Her mind set is so carnal and heathenistic. Despite the mother not wishing her daughter into this profession, the apple can not help falling too far from the tree. The mother values money in exchange for sex. The mother has a certain capitalistic view of men. The mother has a certain hooker like perception of society and her place in it. All of this rubs off onto the daughter at a young age.
No different than Donald Trump watching his father build apartment buildings, causing the younger Trump to follow in Daddies foot steps, the daughter of a prostitute can not help but to observe her mothers socialization and business practices. I imagine as years drift by and the young teen girl becomes older and wiser, she begins to ask her Mom questions. I am certain Mom tried to hide her profession from her daughter in the same manner an escort tries to hide her occupation from her family and casual friends.
However, what happens, is later in the teen daughters life, when she is 16, 17 or 18, she begins to know more and more about what her Mom does. The pieces to the mysterious puzzle begin to fit together and the daughter is becoming like a Mini Me of her Mom. Her Mom comes to the realization of some thing that she hates, that is that her daughter wants to be a whore just like she is.
What's a mother to do?
She does what any prostitute mentality woman would do. Since the Mom views the world with a pro prostitution liberal open mindedness, she instills those same values in her daughter. Her daughter literally becomes a replica of her Mom. The daughter begins turning tricks just like Mom does. Often times the Johns are even the same. Mommy teaches her daughter the ins and outs, the safe and unsafe practices of the hooker profession.
As a general rule, the Mom is NOT sexually intimate with her daughter and although it may be a fantasy of Johns, Mom are daughter are not gonna kiss each other or lick each others pussies. What they may do though is each have a date with the John on separate occasions. In some rare bizarre cases where the John was intimate with the daughter and later with the Mom, there might be a fetish desire for the Mom to observe the John fuck her daughter or visa versa, the daughter watch the John fuck her Mom. This enters a different taboo realm though and there needs to be a level of trust, friendship and intimacy amongst the participants, that the out side civilian world would not understand.
Have all women who are prostitutes been socialized into prostitution via their mothers? Of course not. I will say this though, If 100 civilian women have young daughters and 100 prostitutes have young daughters, the percentage of daughters who grow up to become prostitutes will be much higher in the hooker Mom families than in the civilian Mom families.
Why is that?
Cause birds of a feather flock together, in addition to the apple falling not too far from the tree.
Many things in life are socialized. Smoking of cigs, doing drugs, prostitution, fall into this category too.
Where ever you have 2 or more people, or a group of people who are pro any thing, what ever they are pro, becomes socialized as an OK thing. If all your friends smoke cigs, smoke marijuana or do cocaine, you are more apt to be socialized to join them and feel it is OK.
If you are a woman and you socialize with many women who are prostitutes, you sorta become a support group for each other and you humanly accept each other and support your endeavor in life. Most civilian women do NOT share the same life style values as most prostitute women do.
In the same context, druggies are much more accepting of recreational use of drugs as an OK way to go about life. Whereas for example, most all church folk do not think using street drugs is an OK way to go about life.
What to make of all of this? Nothing. :) It's simply a casual but noteworthy observation that many times prostitute Moms who have young daughters, their daughters end up growing up to follow in Mommies foot steps and becoming a prostitute her self.
