Having been a hobbyist for well over the past 20 years, and an active one at that, I always felt the best money was spent on an independent girl versus an agency girl. It only seemed logical that the hobbyist would get the best value for his money if he cut out the middle man.
After all, don't ya get the best value for your money when you are able to deal directly with who ever you are purchasing some thing from? That used to be the case in this south Florida region, but currently IMO it is not. Why is that? I will try to explain.
An independent girl has greater opportunity to locate her niche in the market, offering a better price to a prospective client than does an agency girl. After all, it is a one on one deal with the John, hence she should be able to offer the John better value for his money, shouldn't she? Yes and no.
Here is what current reality is. Agencies are well honed businesses This is how agencies are currently offering a better value to Johns that independent girls are currently not able to really compete with. The typical agency owner has 10 to 20 girls who work for him. He is making his money on volume. To make a simple illustration. If he had only 10 girls and each girl did only 2 dates in a day and the agency owner only netted $40 on each call, that is $40 times 10 girls times 2 dates each girl = $800 cash in his pocket for one day.
The agency man is making his money on volume. The independent girl typically is not. But even if she was, she is gonna be one tired Ho via the end of the day and the John who is calling and seeing an agency girl is getting a better product. He is getting a girl who is typically younger, fresher and a better date at a better price.
This has happened because of a wise marketing strategy via agency owners and the recruiters who supply them with girls. They are running a tight ship in which every one involved gets a small piece of the $ pie and the end result is the John is hooking up with a better quality girl for a lower price than an independent girl would desire to offer her self for.
Let me give you an example. Currently, quite a few agencies offer many of their girls at $120 for a half hour date. Often times these girls are of BETTER quality than an independent girl. How is that? Well, the typical current agency girl is a girl who has a day time career and is moon lighting on the side doing a date or two or three for an agency. The agency is supplying the incall (hotel room or apartment room) and the client. All the agency girl has to do is show up, do the date and she makes say $80 on the $120 date. The agency owner will get $40.
The agency girl doesn't need to place ads, nor have an incall. All she has to do is show up and do the date.
The John gets a girl who is typically better quality, less drama and over all a better value for his money.
The very nature of a John being a hobbyist, is that he desires multitudes of different women to hook up with. Hence, the very nature of seeing agency girls offers this better. Even if the independent girl was of a lower price than the agency girls (which typically she is not, currently), the John does not want to see the same girl time after time after time. The John wants variety and when agency variety is offered at a better price than independent girls, it turns out to be a big time win for the hobbyist.
Why is it that the independent girl does not compete well with the agency girl currently? Very simple. The independent girl wants to get a higher fee for a half hour or hour of her time, compared to what the well honed agency man is able to deliver via his girls.
The independent girl sees dollar signs for her self. She wants the higher $$$ fees FOR HER POCKET. This is typically her full time career. The typical agency girl is only doing this for extra pocket money on the side. Hence, 80 bucks for her pocket on a half hour date is not too bad, it is extra spending money. The independent girl typically doesn't see it that way. Since this is her career, her occupation, she desires more $$$ for her time than what the typical agency girl will work for.
The agency owner is a wise business man. Better for him to make $40 to $80 off of each date on 10 different girls, with the girls doing 1 to 7 dates in a day. His $$$ adds up fast and he can easily make $1,000 a day or more for his pocket. The independent girl simply can not compete with this. In theory, she SHOULD be able to. But in reality, she does not WANT to. Why? Cause she wants more $$$ for her pocket than an agency girl is willing to work for.
The wise agency owner makes a little bit of $$$ off of each of his girls dates. He makes his $$$ in volume. The end result for the John is a better quality girl at a cheaper price.
The independent girl would like to give you the impression that she is lower volume and a better quality date, hence she is worth the higher fee as compared to the better value agency girl. Truth of the matter is, the independent girl is currently not a better value, she just costs more and is a more tired date than the lower priced agency girl who is doing this on the side and ends up being less volume and a better $$$ value.
In other words, currently, not only is the agency girl a better quality, lower volume girl, she is also lower priced too. A true win / win for the hobbyist.
What does an independent girl need to do to redeem her self in this market? What they do try to do. That is, they try to present them self as being a better quality date. (when fact of the matter is, they often are not) Hence, since they are self described as a better quality date, they feel they are worth the higher session fee. They MUST sell you on that variable. (even if it is not true)
In the same context, you as a buyer would expect to pay a higher price for a Rolls Royce or Mercedes, cause they are considered to be a better car than say a Chevy or a Ford.
The wise shopping hobbyist is getting Rolls Royce and Mercedes agency girls at Chevy and Ford prices ! :)
There was a time when generally speaking, an independent girl was a better value than an agency girl. Such is NOT the time currently.
