I was reading an article pertaining to radio talk show host, real estate guru and now ponzi schemer Anthony Cutaia's arrest and within that article it listed Lisa and Derek Hayward as suing Anthony Cutaia for $60,000 plus interest that he failed to give them as required.

It reveals that she recently crashed her car into a tree in Pompano Beach, Florida and needed fire / rescue people to cut her out of her wrecked car. She refused to give a breathalyzer test, but later agreed to and was found to be two times over the legal limit.
She was arrested for DUI and spent the night in jail. Three days later her and hubby Derek Hayward are driving in their car arguing and he told her to get out of the car. She called the police and he was arrested on battery charges and he spent the night in jail.
