John 3:16. For God so love the world that he gave who one and only begotten son who died on the cross for our sins. Do you believe it? If so, you are saved son or daughter of God.
Is it that simple? Who the hell knows. Bible scripture is open to vast interpretation. Some say a mass murderer who confesses his sins and accepts Christ as his personal savior can possibly go to heaven.
Others say that if you never accept John 3:16 and the concept of Jesus dying for your sins, no matter how good a person you are, you are spending eternity in a place where the man with the pitch fork and lots of flames are.

I mean really, I know very conservative people who do not have an advanced mind can not interpret a TS as any thing more than still being a male. Gas prices suck? $4 a gallon where you are? It's all political bull shit and has absolutely nothing to do with supply and demand. The cause of gas prices going up has nothing to do with the scarcity of gas. It has all to do with political or manipulative control and power.
The current USA financial crisis and the debt ceiling bull shit..... All politically created problems via with people with an agenda. The republicans would rather the economy and USA go down hill, if that's what it takes to make Obama look bad. The republicans would fuck up the country even much more if it guaranteed that one of their own won the next presidential election.
