I was watching CNBC last night and a habit I have gotten my self into lately is keeping a pen and note book handy in case of an interesting commercial that requires me to jot down a phone number or email address.
I forget if it was a commercial or a program, but there was this man in a suit being interviewed and he was teaching how a person can walk away from their mortgage, stop making payments, yet continue to live in their home.
The interviewer was questioning the morality of such a concept and the guy doing the teaching was saying that to him it wasn't a moral issue, but it was the simple fact that often times people can no longer afford their home and this man teaches how you can continue to live there for at least 8 months or more and then move on with your life.
Here is the link to the web site, the FAQ with in the site can explain the concept much better than I can. >>> http://www.youwalkaway.com/
After all, you don't want an exorbitantly high mortgage payment to curtail your hooker spending money, do ya? :) How immoral that would be !!! ha ha ha
